Affordable housing is vital to any community and it's citizens. The Norwich Housing Authority is dedicated to making that a reality for the people living within our area, by working with various agencies and groups.

If you're in need of affordable housing and having difficulty achieving that, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for help. We're in this together, and will do our level best to help you reach the housing goals you deserve.

The Norwich Housing Authority is open from 8:00 AM - 4 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. The office is closed to the public on Thursdays. We will also be closed on Federal and State Holidays, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.
There is a drop box located in the vestibule to drop off any necessary paperwork that can not be mailed or emailed as well as payments owed.  Please do not put cash into the drop box.
