For current landlords on the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, the Landlord Portal allows you to view your active tenants, payment history, contact information, as well as send and receive files through the secure document exchange.

For current tenants residing at Peacock Park Manor Apartments, Bordentown Circle Apartments, or receiving rental assistance through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, the Tenant Portal allows you to view and update your contact information, view account balance information for any payments due to the Norwich Housing Authority, and send or receive files through the secure document exchange.

If you are registering your account for the first time through the Portal Login page, please use the Registration Code provided in the letter sent to you by the Norwich Housing Authority. If you have not received a code, or if your code has expired, please contact the Norwich Housing Authority at 607-334-5358 to receive a new code.
